It consists of a ground floor where the service spaces are located with the entrance, behind there is a kitchen with dining room and the stairs are separating the living room from the kitchen. On the first floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom in the middle and two children’s rooms on the other side.
The volume of the building is compact with a classic roof, covered with a sheet metal, complemented by a small roof that covers an outdoor terrace and at the same time protects the house from overheating. Wooden exterior formwork extends into interior spaces, where by its grace enriches rough masonry finish.
An open and ventilated lounge is designed that opens onto an outdoor terrace and relates to the surrounding external space. Clean elegant lines and large glazing are typical, which are reasonably designed according to the orientation of the objects themselves. The house is fantastic, complex and organic as a living.
