This fairly compact house design is dynamic to an extent that was allowed by strict spatial decrees. It is located on the outskirts of a new residential area in otherwise quite rural environment. The design offers everything a five-member family needs for a comfortable and modern living. The house consists of two volumes of equal proportions, which are connected with wooden roofs with a smaller-sized garage. The facade is in dark colors, while the frontal facades are more diverse and enriched with a pattern of wooden elements and glass surfaces. The interior is modern, clean and it is dominated by visible concrete surfaces. Open and spacious living area leads to the outdoor terrace with a covered summer kitchen.
