Two low-energy multi-apartment buildings with standard and serviced apartments are planned to be built in an attractive location. An elegant design with high quality materials will enable occupants a high quality of living. The maximum height of the buildings will be two basement floors, a ground floor and five levels above the ground floor. Both buildings have a flat extensive green roof with minimal slope for drainage. A total of 91 apartments are planned, 53 of which are serviced.
A floorplan of the larger building is U-shaped, consisting of three rectangles that are sensibly offset from each other by the inner atrium. The part of the building along Topniška street is three floors lower and on the groundfloor there is a commercial use. The smaller building is of right trapezoid shape, positioned in the north-western part of the building plot.
