The modern single-family building is thoughtfully embedded in the existing steep terrain, which enables the best orientation of the rooms within the building. There is an access road on the northern side, where the garage and the main entrance to the building are formed. From the ground floor, we go down to the partially dug in basement, which opens into a spacious living room and a wellness area. A dining room and a living room are directly connected to the spacious outdoor terrace, which descends in a terraced manner down the terrain. From the road side only the more closed upper floor is visible, which hides the luxury of other rooms facing a private garden with a view of the valley. The house follows the wishes and lifestyle of the family that likes to spend their free time together, in spaces that offer a lot of activities as well as many hidden corners for relaxation.
