At first glance this prefabricated house has a simple, rectangular floor plan and an undemanding position on the plot.
The building features a modern design with straight horizontal lines. Above the light ground floor in glass there is the upper floor with dark vertical profiles and larger glass surfaces. However, the whole building is defined by a thin white envelope that ends in a carport. The choice of colors is simple – a classic white combination of different shades and structures that best reflects the shape of the designed building.
The interior design is dominated by a measured balance between simple lines and rich details. Carefully selected materials and color scheme – lighter colors prevail – in combination with natural wood and enriched with attractive coverings and material accents where necessary. The living room is thus emphasized with a large full-wall furniture that playfully crumbles and fills on the wooden background. Rich upholstery of the walls is found in the bedrooms. A large double-height reception room is dressed in a shades of matte gray.
Simple design, but details with an honest living in mind.
