A mixed-use residential and commercial complex has been built in an attractive urban location, combining high living quality, energy efficiency, and thoughtful urban design.
Both buildings comprise two basement levels, a ground floor, and five upper storeys. The roofs are flat, extensively greened, and gently sloped to ensure effective drainage.

Building B complements the complex with its rhomboid tower-like form and houses exclusively residential units.
The underground levels provide parking spaces, storage rooms, and technical facilities. All apartments are designed with a strong emphasis on living comfort and are complemented by outdoor spaces – each unit includes a balcony, loggia, or private ground-floor atrium.
