Planned apartmenthouse is situated in a sunny location with views of the nearest mountain top Kitzsteinhorn and its picturesque surroundings.
The concept of the house comes from its site location – pristine nature – and also paraphrases the traditional elements of the Austrian Alpine architecture.
Although the main objective of the project was to develop quality residential facilities for more demanding guests, the orientation and shape of the object was mainly influenced by spectacular views to the east of Zeller See .
The structure consists of three volumes of which are incorporated into the existing steep terrain . The indentation of the house form creates a terraced structure. The apartments are modern and spacious. Larger living area are facing east and open terraces and balconies overlook the lake.
Green roof over the underground garage is interwined with the landscape design. On the ground floor two bigger apartments are located while the 1st and 2nd floor are organised into three duplex – apartments. In the last floor penthouse apartment is designed with a large terrace and asymmetrical roof. Balconies display playful forms and give the house an attractive and interesting appearance.
