House Cej

The house consists of cellar, ground floor and first floor. Entrance to the house is on the northern part of the building where through the entrance vestibule we cross the central corridor with a staircase and toilet, where we come to the dining room and kitchen from which we access to the outside kitchen and terrace with a swimming pool. In the basement floor there is area for boiler room, wine cellar, sanitary facilities, sauna and resting area with an exit to the lower outside terrace. The sleeping area with a bedroom and two children’s rooms with an exit to the upper terrace and a bathroom is on the first floor. The facade is bright colors, coated with local stone in a combination with larch wood facade fillings and linings and glazed walls. The outer arrangement is complemented by wooden pergolas in the northern part in connection with the shed and pergola on the southern part above the outside kitchen. The interior is modern, clean designed and dominated by concrete surfaces. The living area opens onto an exterior terrace with a pergola, where a pool is also planned.
