House F

It is a solid wood structure with a simple but modern design, which is emphasized by the black and white contrast of various facade elements. The basic concept is a black ‘’cape’’ that envelopes the house. Underneath reveals the bright shades of the living area is revealed.
The main entrance to the house is on the northern part in the ground floor, which we reach through the courtyard. From the entrance area we have access to mainly technical rooms such as: boiler room, storage, utility and wc. We go into the open central area with a spacious living room, library a kitchen with dining room.
The sleeping area with the room designated for parents (bedroom, wardrobe and bathroom) and two children’s rooms with a bathroom is located in the upper floor. There is also a fitness room.
The window configuration follows the layout of the rooms. The living areas are open and easy to use with large windows, while the street facade and the upper floor are of a more enclosed and thus maintain the privacy of its residents
