The concept of a modern town villa was dictated by the client's wishes, the rules of modern design, the topography of the land and connection with the natural environment.

A house that understands the hunger of capitalism and respects the nature and tradition. It is adapted to the client’s life, family and friends, and is therefore organized with a system of cubic units that create interesting, modern and bright interior spaces and exterior terraces.

The main entrance to the house is on the north-eastern part of the building on the ground floor, to which there is a tiled pedestrian corridor. The entrance to the garage is located on the level of the basement, where, apart from the garage, there is a separate entrance for the guests of the guest house. The innovative structure is in balance with the topography of the terrain and the unspoiled natural vegetation that surrounds it. From the triple altitude entrance hall on the ground floor, we enter the central corridor connecting the floors with each other with the elevator and the staircase. On the corridor there is a wardrobe and a toilet, on the other side there is a fitness room. Although there is a magnificent hallway, it opens into a central living area with a living room, dining room and kitchen
The living area is glazed with luxurious glass openings that opens into the natural environment.

In the basement floor there is a garage which with a central corridor, elevator and staircase connects the cellar with the ground floor. On one side of the hall there is a lobby, service and technical facilities (utility, engine room..) and on the other side there is a sports room and a guest house.

On the first floor there is a bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom on the north-eastern part of the house. In the southwestern part, three children’s rooms with their own bathroom and an open playroom which is connected with the main corridor and forms an open gallery space above the several altitude vestibule and a two-altitudes part of the living room. On the terraced floor there is an office with archive space. The exterior terrace on the roof is accessible through the corridor, which also serves as an office hall. There is also a bathroom here.

In order to avoid the monotonous form of a house, we broke the volume into several parts and set each other apart. This gave us a playful and dynamic design of a house, where a different story is created in each individual volume.

Large openings and sharp edges emphasize the direct shapes and arrangement of the spaces, which, as in the interior also reflects in the exterior with various bright shades of facade, on the first floor emphasized and surrounded by perforated metal.
