On a single-family luxury villa, which consists of two parts - horizontal lamellas, mirrors the clear lines of the surrounding landscape. As the name suggests, the bird's nest is subtly reflected on the façade.

It is designed by two dynamic volumes, reflecting its program from the outside through its form and facade. It is based on two dynamic volumes, reflecting its program from the outside through its form and facade. The living area on the ground floor is surrounded by large glass surfaces. From the first lamella, where the spacious living room is, you can pass through the kitchen, to another, smaller lamella where the dining room is located, which opens to the terrace. On the back, there are service areas and a garage. The sleeping area is located on the first lamella at the first floor, along with an open-air fitness room. In the interior, the double space-duplex of the living room stands out, which connects the ground floor and the first floor. The other lamella is slightly elevated from the floor, which gives a feeling of lightness, but this is only apparent. A thoughtful arrangement of spaces and differences in heights create a vibrant space.
Facade is a combination of two materials – game of wraps – large format panels white and anthracite color with a wooden coating of natural shades in the interior that gives the building a stylish look and feel of warmth and comfort. By using large glass surfaces, interesting details and a lot of light, the house is experiencing a complete revelation.
