The house consists of several blocks of different sizes and heights with flat roofs, which create an even more dynamic shape of the house. The building’s structure is wood – cross laminated timber which allows the playfulness of te building.
Next to the spacious garage, there is an entrance to the residential area that is quite impressive. We enter the open spacious partly two-storey ground floor. The living room offers the most light, where a large glazed windows offer a view of the surroundings and the outdoor pool. Stairs lead to the upper sleeping area, gallery on the top of the stairs offer a view of the groundfloor living room. On the upper floor there is a larger bedroom with its own walk-in closet and bathroom, two smaller rooms and a smaller bathroom. In the basement, in addition to the technical rooms, there is a large multifunctional space for the family’s hobbies.
The choice of facade materials is also reflected in the interior. Shades of natural wood with stone cladding predominate.
The variety of shapes is further emphasized by the choice of different façade materials with different color shades and surface treatments, which offer the visitor from each side an interesting and different view of the building. Natural materials such as wood and stone are thoughtfully intertwined with a classic black-and-white combination of suspended facade fiber cement boards. All the outside ceilings are covered with wooden decorative pattern, which further enriches the modern design of the building. Larger glass surfaces are a connection between indoor ambiences with landscaped greenery and the surrounding hills. The result is a modern design and design of a residential house and optimal functional floor plans that offer a comfortable and pleasant stay.
