This house is intended for demanding users who want to take advantage of the natural features of the plot. It consists of two volumes, i.e. the ground floor and the upper floor, which create a variety of interesting environments that intertwine with the interior spaces. In this manner we get several terraces, from the dining room there is an acces to the summer kitchen, and from the living room we enter the study. There is also an outdoor storage room on the ground floor in the southern part of the building plot. Between the residential part of the ground floor and the outdoor storage, two parking spaces are organized under the canopy. The sleeping area with a bedroom, two children’s rooms and an active room or wellness area is located on the first floor. Through the active room, there is access to the partially open and partially covered intimate outdoor terrace for relaxation with an open view to the west. The interior is modern and bright and some of the walls are clad with wood paneling. The interior space is also enriched by open views of the surroundings through large glass surfaces. The exterior also shows the same concept of the use of materials, where the ground floor is concrete on one side, clad in wood on the other, giving the building a sense of solidity, while the upper floor is light and open in combination with glass surfaces on the side where there is the terrace. The roof is flat with a skylight above the outdoor terrace, which is shaded with canvas shades and gives the feeling of floating.
