The house has clean simple shapes, surrounded by a steel anthracite fence, which carefully maintains the intimacy of the owners. The pure forms of rectangles and flat roofs prevail. The glass openings are large but strategically positioned according to the available space.
An outside staircase is located next to the north-east corner. From the entrance vestibule, where there is a daily toilet and an elevator, we enter the central room with a living room, dining room and kitchen. From the vestibule there is also access to the utility and boiler room, which also has a separate exit from the ground floor, because there is also a main bedroom with its own wardrobe and bathroom. Three children’s rooms are located on the first floor, each with its own bathroom and a kitchen with dining room on the north side of the building. In the terraced floor there is a fitness room and a wellness program with a storage room and a multipurpose room leading to an outdoor terrace on the roof. Part of the roof is also greened. At the north-eastern corner, a carport connects to the east facade of the building.
The upper volumes are intertwined and created by the ambient, which art and program fulfill the concept. The façade looks light, with thoughtful details, it acts as if a paraphrase of trees is attached to it in the form of a metal construction, giving a sense of proximity to nature, while protecting it from overheating and road noise.
