On the southwestern edge of an area with a detailed municipal spatial plan for a new neighborhood with multi-apartment buildings, a retirement home and a park in Ajdovščina, two buildings with basement floor, groundfloor and 4 more levels above the groundfloor are planned. The basement floors of both buildings are rectangular in shape, while the floor plans of the above levels are L-shaped. There are 30 apartments in each building, for a total of 60. The apartments are optimally oriented, well naturally lit and each with its own outdoor living areas. The ground-floor apartments have an external atrium or loggia, and all the apartments on the upper floors have a loggia. The half buried basement floors are intended for parking, technical rooms and storage rooms. There is also a connection to the newly designed park forseen leading through common areas on the basement floor of building II. Both buildings have contact facades and flat roofs.
