Residence Papillon

A detailed municipal spatial plan for multi-apartment buildings, which are absolutely necessary in an extensively developing city like Ajdovscina, has been adopted in the planned construction area. On the building plot there is a new multi-apartment building  with 66 apartments, with basement floor, ground floor and five more levels above the groundfloor, the top floor has an open terrace. Parking, technical and service areas are located in the common basement floor. The upper part of the building above the basement level is divided into two units – A and B, which are entirely intended for housing. The building is thus divided into two volumes, which form separate functional units. Both units are covered with a flat roof and their facade is a combination of contact and ventilated facade.
